About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, high-achieving, hands-on Financial Controller to take ownership of our core accounting and financial control processes and drive improvements across the finance function. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this is a career-defining opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping Flock's financial operations as we scale.

You will lead our accounting team, ensure operational excellence in financial control, and help embed the tools, processes, and mindset that make finance a true enabler of growth. This role offers significant impact and visibility, with exposure to the CFO and the leadership team to shape how finance underpins Flock's growth. You will play a key role in redesigning and improving finance processes, leveraging technology and data to achieve operational excellence, and contributing to the adoption of new tools, including AI, to streamline workflows and future-proof our finance function.

At Flock, we typically follow a hybrid working model involving a minimum of 3 days per week spent in the office, which is based in Central London, a few minutes' walk from Moorgate and Liverpool Street.
