Amazon's Global Operations Learning and Development (GOLD) organization is hiring a Media Designer to serve as a core member of our shared media production team. This team operates as a shared creative service across GOLD, supporting executive communications, learning content, marketing campaigns, and organizational storytelling at scale. We thrive on creative problem-solving, iterate fast, and apply emerging technologies to produce work that raises the bar for our business partners.
We are currently in the middle of a multi-year transformation. This hire will help us build a more capable, AI-enabled, modular content operation. You will not just fill a seat; you will help shape what our team becomes.

Project management experience or certification. Experience producing executive-level communications content such as leadership videos, fireside chats, and organizational announcements.
