About the Role
Precision, technical agility, and a relentless focus on performance are the hallmarks of our media buying team. This role exists to own the end-to-end execution and optimization of diverse media portfolios, bridging the gap between contract finalization and launch.
You will be a go-getter and self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Your curiosity will fuel you as you look for better ways to do things, whether you're running campaigns across digital platforms, analyzing audience engagement, or uncovering insights in the data. The Interview Process
We like to keep it simple and transparent. Here's what the process may look like:
- Round 1: A friendly chat with our Recruiter to get to know you and share more about the role.
- Round 2: An interview with the Team lead to dive deeper into the role and team fit.
- Round 3: A possible conversation with our President of Allied Services to share more about our vision, culture, and overall alignment.
Note: Depending on the position, there might be a small assignment along the way to showcase your skills and creativity. We'll let you know in advance!

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSet up, traffic, and manage media across self-service platforms including Google, Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, Spotify, and LinkedIn
- check_circleMonitor campaigns daily to identify trends and implement real-time optimizations that drive measurable ROI
- check_circleOversee budget pacing and tracking to ensure alignment with client objectives
- check_circleManage monthly reporting workstreams and provide ongoing performance oversight for client accounts
- check_circleTroubleshoot campaign issues and leverage campaign QA processes to maintain quality standards
- check_circleExecute vendor buys by reviewing deliverables, coordinating asset trafficking, and ensuring accurate campaign launches
