The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village is seeking dedicated Med Techs to join our team. We are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being remain at the forefront of our mission.
About the Role
As a Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in monitoring the health and well-being of our residents. This position offers the opportunity to provide leadership support and assistance with resident care and services. You will be an integral part of the wellness team, demonstrating and supporting all elements of wellness that are core components of our programs and services.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with the Wellness Nurse to complete clinical sections of monthly wellness visits and Personalized Service Plans (PSP). You will identify ongoing needs, ensure proper documentation for changes in clinical care, and assist with obtaining weights and vital signs. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with resident support services and families, keeping the Wellness Director and Executive Director informed of any changes that may impact service levels or residency status.
Shift Details
This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, with every other weekend required. Flexibility to work evenings and peak service delivery times is essential.
