As a Travel Med Surg RN, you will deliver high-quality bedside nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on medical-surgical units. This role is designed for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to adapt quickly to new hospitals, units, and workflows. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, efficient patient care, from admission through discharge planning.
In this position, you will be the face of compassionate care, supporting patients and families through all phases of treatment. Your day will involve comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, managing wound care, and documenting care accurately in electronic health records. You will also play a key role in educating patients and families about diagnoses and self-care, ensuring they are empowered to manage their health journey.
