About the Role

As a Travel Med Surg RN, you will deliver high-quality bedside nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on medical-surgical units. This role is designed for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to adapt quickly to new hospitals, units, and workflows. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, efficient patient care and discharge planning, ensuring continuity from admission through recovery.

Your day-to-day involves performing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, and providing specialized interventions such as wound care and post-operative support. You will also play a key role in educating patients and families about diagnoses and self-care, while maintaining rigorous documentation standards in electronic health records. Flexibility and professionalism are essential as you navigate different facility protocols and emergency situations.
