SJCH is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, whole-person care for patients of all ages, helping advance our mission of health equity and community well-being. At SJCH, your passion for community-based medicine isn't just welcomed—it's celebrated. You will collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services that make a tangible difference every day. Your clinical work also contributes to national public health data and outcomes through SJCH's deep partnership with the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA).
You will deliver care where it's needed most, serving communities across Los Angeles County. Each position is based at one dedicated health center. Your role involves partnering with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, whole-person care, while also participating in Saturday coverage (two per month) and one evening clinic per week (11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.). Beyond clinical duties, you will support SJCH's mission through clinical service, outreach, and community engagement.

This includes an annual Continued Medical Education (CME) stipend and paid CME days, increasing with tenure up to $2,000 and 5 days annually, alongside leadership development opportunities.
