SJCH is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, whole-person care for patients of all ages, helping advance our mission of health equity and community well-being. At SJCH, your passion for community-based medicine isn't just welcomed—it's celebrated. You'll collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services that make a tangible difference every day. This role is based at a dedicated clinic location in Los Angeles County, allowing you to deliver care where it is needed most.
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, whole-person care. Your work will involve educating patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle choices, while documenting care accurately in our EHR system. You will also participate in Saturday coverage (two per month) and one evening clinic per week (11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.), supporting SJCH's mission through clinical service, outreach, and community engagement.
