Join a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of history providing housing and services to seniors. Our mission is rooted in a commitment to quality care and service within a Christian environment, ensuring dignity and support for our residents.
As a Medication Assistant at our Gss Nd Mandan Miller facility in Mandan, ND, you will serve as a vital caregiver, providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance. You will work under the supervision of a charge nurse to deliver age-appropriate care that addresses both the physical and psychological needs of our residents.
Your day will involve a blend of compassionate personal care and clinical support. You will assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, while also helping with transfers and mobility using proper techniques. A key part of your role is administering prescribed medications within your scope of practice and state regulations, documenting outcomes, and communicating any changes in resident condition to the nursing team. Beyond direct care, you will help create positive dining experiences, support wellness and recreational programs, and maintain clean living environments.
