We are looking for a hands-on Mechatronics Engineer who enjoys building complex electro-mechanical systems and seeing designs move from concept all the way into production. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign and develop electro-mechanical systems including actuators, motors, gears, bearings, sensors, and controllers
- check_circleCreate detailed CAD models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks
- check_circleSupport product development from concept through production release
- check_circlePerform testing, troubleshooting, and analysis at both component and system levels
- check_circleDevelop test procedures and documentation to validate performance against customer requirements
- check_circleCollaborate with manufacturing and purchasing to source components and build accurate BOMs in ERP systems
- check_circleSupport root cause investigations and corrective actions for product and process issues
- check_circleCollaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure clear technical alignment

- check_circleProvide technical input and opportunities for informal leadership and mentoring
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
- verified4–8 years of experience in electro-mechanical product design and development
- verifiedStrong SolidWorks skills
- verifiedUnderstanding of GD&T and manufacturability
- verifiedExperience with integrated mechanical and electrical systems
- verifiedFamiliarity with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power meters)
- verifiedUnderstanding of manufacturing processes, documentation control, and engineering best practices
Nice to Have
Experience with servo drives, robotics, or automated systems. Exposure to Python, LabVIEW, or similar programming tools. Knowledge of EtherCAT, CANopen, or similar industrial networking protocols. PCB design experience or electronics development background. Hands-on assembly experience (soldering, crimping, prototyping). Experience with vendors such as Copley Controls, Elmo, Yaskawa, Siemens, or similar platforms.
