Burrow Global is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Department Manager to lead our Beaumont, TX office. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the development and execution of complex mechanical engineering projects for refineries, chemical, and process plants. You will oversee the department's strategic direction, managing projects from early Front End Loading (FEL) stages through detailed design, while making critical decisions on equipment selection and design.

Beyond technical oversight, you will serve as a mentor and supervisor for a team of mechanical engineers. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of high-quality engineering solutions, optimizing project workflows, and ensuring the success of high-profile initiatives. Requirements

  • verifiedBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • verifiedMinimum 10-15 years mechanical engineering experience

  • verifiedProficiency in engineering design software and piping stress analysis tools
