The Mechanical Engineer serves as a pivotal technical leader within our engineering team, bridging the gap between design concepts and manufacturing reality. This position is dedicated to developing practical, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that drive new product development and enhance existing products and processes. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless product lifecycles from concept through production release.
In this role, you will provide hands-on support on the production floor, conducting inspections and resolving issues in real-time. The environment is dynamic, requiring you to navigate both office settings and active manufacturing floors where you may encounter typical industrial conditions, including noise and moving equipment. Success in this position demands a continuous improvement mindset, focusing on product quality, efficiency, and long-term reliability while managing multiple engineering priorities.
Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to successfully pass a government background investigation. This requirement is mandatory for all applicants to this position.
