We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager III to lead a small team of mechanical engineers while actively contributing to mechanical design and manufacturing engineering efforts. This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who enjoys balancing people management with direct engineering work.
As a working manager, you will drive design for manufacturability (DFM/DFA) across injection molded, sheet metal, machined, and cast components. You will partner with supply chain and non-franchised buyers to develop should-cost models and support supplier negotiations. Additionally, you will apply industrial and manufacturing engineering principles to support in-house production line development, assist with electromechanical integration, and handle production troubleshooting.
This position operates on a hybrid schedule. Preferred locations are the Phoenix Sky Harbor Office or the Denver Panorama Office.
