About the Role
The Mechanical Designer serves as a vital link in delivering mechanical and HVAC design services for a diverse portfolio of commercial building projects. This role exists to ensure that technical drafting, design, and construction documentation are executed with precision, supporting both new builds and renovations of existing facilities.
In this position, you will manage the full lifecycle of project deliverables, from initial site investigations and observations of contractor work to the final quality control processes. You will coordinate closely with other disciplines to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into the broader building design. Success in this role requires a balance of analytical thinking and attention to detail, ensuring that complex situations are synthesized into sound decisions while maintaining positive client relationships and adhering to strict project schedules.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in HVAC/plumbing design in the MEP field. Advanced proficiency in the use of Revit, AutoCAD and Design Master. Project Management experience.
