This role is designed for a fast-paced manufacturing and prototyping environment where precision and quality are paramount. The position focuses on the production and assembly of high-quality components utilizing advanced processes such as 3D printing, CNC machining, welding, sheet metal fabrication, and powder coating.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in manufacturing, assembly, automotive mechanics, or technical production who thrive when working with precision tools, engineering drawings, and complex assemblies. The role offers a 11-month W2 contract with an intent to convert based on performance, providing a pathway for long-term growth within an innovative manufacturing setting.

2+ years of manufacturing or production assembly experience, technical certification or vocational training in mechanical assembly, experience with precision assembly and tight tolerance work, familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), experience using torque wrenches and precision measurement tools, knowledge of adhesive bonding and fastening techniques, experience in contract manufacturing or high-mix production environments, forklift certification.
