About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, mission-minded Pediatrician to join our compassionate team in Florence, a scenic coastal town on the Oregon Coast. This 0.6 FTE role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys mentoring, collaborative care, and helping shape pediatric services in a rural community setting.

You will primarily work in an outpatient practice with three flexible clinic days per week. Your day will involve supporting a low-acuity birth center through on-call duties and working closely with a collaborative care team that includes an Integrated Behavioral Health Specialist, Social Worker, Diabetic Educator, Care Management RN, and Palliative Care & Women's Health professionals. A key part of this position is the opportunity to mentor primary care teams and help build out pediatric ER support.
