About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Maximo Technical Lead Consultant to guide the design, delivery, and optimization of IBM Maximo solutions for complex enterprise environments. In this senior role, you will provide deep technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality implementations across our client portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep Maximo technical expertise with strong leadership and a passion for delivering transformative enterprise solutions.

As a Technical Lead, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution. You will translate complex business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs, guiding cross-functional delivery teams through mentorship and best-practice governance. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating the end-to-end architecture of Maximo solutions, ensuring they align with client goals while managing critical tasks like upgrades, migrations, and cloud deployments. You will also lead integration efforts with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, IoT solutions, and databases, troubleshooting complex issues to ensure system stability and security.

This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US, allowing you to focus on delivering value to our diverse client base.
