About the Role
As a Mattress Firm Sales Associate, you will help customers choose the best mattress for their needs. This role is designed for individuals with an upbeat personality who are willing to invest the time and energy to learn about our high-ticket products. If you thrive in both team and independent settings, you may find yourself becoming one of the highest-paid retail consultants. During your initial 120-day onboarding and training period, we guarantee a pay of $1,680 per two-week pay period.
