About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, motivated self-starter to join our winning team as an Insurance and Financial Services Team Member. This role exists to help our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. You will be part of a full-time, on-site team working Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with weekends off.
As a team member, you will establish customer relationships and follow up with clients as needed. You will utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance options, ensuring they understand the coverage that best fits their lives.

Requirements

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing). Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas. P&C license.
