About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Materials Planning Associate / Production Scheduler to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient planning and scheduling of production activities for computers, servers, and other high-tech equipment. The ideal candidate will validate test and labor capacity, align production schedules with customer requirements, and ensure on-time delivery.
In this position, you will work collaboratively to resolve scheduling conflicts and capacity issues with manufacturing, engineering, and test teams. You will serve as a key link between internal planning and external customer needs, ensuring all production commitments are realistic and clearly communicated across the organization.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent
- verifiedLess than one year of related experience
- verifiedAPICS CPIM or equivalent certification
Nice to Have
APICS CPIM or equivalent certification. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices. Experience working in a configure-to-order (CTO) or build-to-order (BTO) production environment.
