We are seeking an energetic Materials and Inventory Coordinator to take full ownership of our warehouse operations in Woburn, MA. This role is critical to maintaining sound operations by ensuring the accuracy and location of goods, managing the flow of controlled production raw materials and finished goods, and upholding rigorous QA Production Material Acceptance records.
You will serve as a vital link between the warehouse, procurement, and quality teams. Your day will involve receiving and shipping in-house materials, validating documentation for compliance, and supporting the approval of production materials. You will work directly with Procurement specialists to ensure inventory accuracy and liaise with shipping and freight companies to manage logistics efficiently. Additionally, you will support lab and facility management, conduct light assembly of consumable kits, and manage job orders from start to closure.
This position requires a high level of adaptability. You will be expected to work flexible hours to support end-of-month, quarter, and year shipments, as well as handle overtime and weekends as needed. The role demands the ability to move materials using pallet jacks and other non-powered equipment, while also managing data entry and record-keeping within our ERP systems.
