About the Role

We are hiring Warehouse Associates across multiple shifts for our facility located at 11200 E. 210 Highway, Kansas City, MO. As a key member of our operations team, you will report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and engage regularly with fellow team members to ensure our distribution center runs smoothly.

In this role, you will safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks with a strong attention to detail. Your day-to-day responsibilities include unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing products to ensure they are shipped correctly, exceeding customer expectations for quality and delivery speed. You will operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements. The role requires comfort working on your feet in an environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust, often working around moving equipment and elevated stations.

Day shift hours are Monday through Friday, running from 9:00 AM to completion or 10:00 AM to completion. Full-time positions are available, offering a competitive hourly rate with opportunities for increases within the first 12 months, plus additional pay for operating powered industrial equipment or working overnight shifts.
