RHC Material Handlers play a critical role in keeping our warehouse operations safe, efficient, and compliant with all Human & Food Safety requirements. This position is essential for maintaining accurate inventory levels and upholding the highest standards of housekeeping within our facility.
In this role, you will ensure products are moved safely while collaborating closely with the Shipping & Receiving team to manage daily and weekly shipping schedules. Your work directly impacts our ability to stage shipments by Sales Order and meet on-time delivery goals. You will also cross-train to support co-workers in various departmental roles, assist with unloading incoming and outbound trucks, and partner with Line Supply to pull daily production materials.
Success in this position requires a commitment to safety, including strict adherence to company Hazard Control policies and procedures, as well as a proactive approach to identifying and communicating potential material quantity issues before they impact shipments.
