About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This position is vital to our daily operations, requiring a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail to meet production goals. The role involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm where you will operate as a Bander to secure materials, stretch wrap finished products for shipping, and manage rolling stock to ensure accurate material movement.
In addition to logistics, you will perform duties as an Inspector to ensure 100% daily production quality. The role also includes processing cardboard and other recyclable materials while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Success in this position depends on your ability to follow all company safety and operational procedures while working collaboratively with the team.
