About the Role

The Material Handler is a vital link in BEL USA's supply chain, responsible for ensuring products are delivered in a timely manner while upholding the company's core values. You will operate warehouse equipment to manage inventory flow, pulling stock according to work orders and staging materials for production. Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of physical and administrative tasks: from loading and unloading materials to trucks and racks, to performing cycle counts and entering transactions into the computer system.

Beyond logistics, this role requires a keen eye for detail and organization. You will maintain a clean, clutter-free work area, manage inventory tags, and ensure samples are properly labeled and packaged for shipping to customers and trade shows. Reliability and regular attendance are essential, as your performance directly impacts the Production Department's workflow and the broader team's success.

Hiring Process
