This position serves as a vital link in our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials within a pharmaceutical and retail environment. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and possess an extreme attention to detail. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, managing inventory on pallets and racks, and maintaining strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and product specifications.
Your day will involve operating heavy power-operated equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks to move materials, as well as utilizing RF scanners for precise order picking and put-away. You will ensure that all materials are properly secured in trailers to prevent damage during transit and apply identifying tags or labels to conform to packaging standards. Beyond physical tasks, you will troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and follow standard operating procedures to uphold the highest quality and safety standards.
Candidates must be flexible to work additional time as needed. The role operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential for extended hours based on workload. Interested applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their ability to operate specific warehouse equipment and handle physical demands, including lifting up to 75 lbs and working at heights.
