The Warehouse II position is a dynamic general labor role focused on the efficient movement of product within the warehouse. Beyond core picking and staging duties, this role serves as a critical back-up delivery driver for non-CDL trucks, ensuring seamless logistics operations. Day in the Life
Your day will involve prioritizing and picking materials to fill orders, physically moving and lifting products up to 150 pounds, and organizing stock by product line to maximize space. You will verify incoming and outgoing products for accuracy, compile reports on damaged or outdated stock, and segregate defective items. The role also includes operating powered industrial vehicles like forklifts and pallet jacks safely, as well as performing facilities maintenance such as cleaning loading docks and parking areas. Additionally, you may assist with administrative tasks, including paperwork preparation and daily warehouse closing procedures.
