Atlas Staffing is currently seeking a Material Handler for a 2nd shift position in Shakopee, MN. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain warehouse experience with a client who values operational efficiency and safety. The position is structured as a Temp-to-Hire arrangement, allowing you to demonstrate your skills in a real-world environment with the potential for permanent employment.
In this position, you will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring materials, components, and finished products are moved efficiently to their designated areas. Your day will involve operating a variety of powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to handle materials safely and accurately. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of inventory movement: picking up incoming materials from the Receiving dock, unloading trucks, and putting away stock in the Bulk storage area. Additionally, you will provide timely replenishment to workstations and ensure finished products are transferred to the correct locations.
