Join a global community of more than 72,000 dedicated Healthineers across 70 countries. As a leader in medical technology, our mission is to pioneer breakthroughs in healthcare for everyone, everywhere, sustainably. We are a diverse team of scientists, clinicians, developers, and specialists united by a single purpose: to create better outcomes and experiences for patients, regardless of where they live or what health issues they face.
Our inspiring and caring environment celebrates diversity and individuality. We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth while valuing your unique contributions.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational logistics, ensuring that goods receipt, warehouse management, transport, and dispatch are completed on schedule. You will work within a dynamic environment where precision and care directly support clinical decision-making and treatment pathways.
Your day will involve accepting incoming goods and verifying them against shipping documents, checking for visible damage, and documenting any issues. You will manage the storage area by arranging the acceptance, storage, and removal of goods, while maintaining regular stock inventory. A key part of your responsibilities includes assembling deliveries from storage compartments, reviewing them for completeness and accuracy, and packaging them according to specific shipping instructions, including handling dangerous goods.
You will also be responsible for capturing relevant data in processing systems, adding necessary shipping documents to outgoing goods, and completing internal and external transports using appropriate means of transportation. This role requires the professional use of transport equipment such as hand-guided industrial trucks and forklifts.
