As a Service Technician, you will be the backbone of our service department, responsible for identifying necessary vehicle repairs and performing high-quality maintenance work. This role exists to ensure our customers receive efficient, accurate, and safe service that aligns with both dealership and manufacturer guidelines. You will examine customer vehicles, estimate repair costs, and execute repairs using advanced diagnostic tools and technologies. Your work directly impacts our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), requiring you to maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment while effectively communicating with service advisors and customers.
