About the Role

We are looking for a Master Electrician to join our high-energy team at our facility in Warroad, MN. Your typical day will involve supporting Marvin facilities, systems, and equipment through preventive maintenance, consulting on new and existing infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with electrical (Intertek/UL) and building code requirements. You will manage projects while continuing to gain hands-on experience, working in a clean, safe, temperature-controlled environment.

This role offers a balance of independence and collaboration. You will work Monday through Friday, with some after-hours and weekend on-call availability when necessary. You will be expected to work in tight spaces and at elevations, troubleshoot complex problems, and provide alternative solutions. The position also involves training fellow employees and being cross-trained in multiple departments and trade skills as needed.
