About the Role

We are looking for a Master Electrician to join our team in Warroad, MN. In this role, you will support our facilities, systems, and equipment, ensuring they run safely and efficiently. Your day will involve a blend of hands-on electrical work and project management, including preventive maintenance, consulting on new and existing equipment, and ensuring compliance with electrical (Intertek/UL) and building code requirements.

You will work in a clean, safe, temperature-controlled facility as part of a high-energy team. While you will manage projects, you will also get your hands dirty troubleshooting problems, running wiring in tight spaces, and working at elevations on ladders and aerial lift platforms. This position requires versatility; you will be expected to move fluidly between tasks, cross-train in multiple departments, and train fellow employees as needed. The role operates Monday through Friday, with some after-hours and weekend on-call availability when necessary.
