About the Role

We are looking for a Master Electrician to join our team in Warroad, MN. This role is designed for those seeking steady work within a high-energy team that values your time and skills. You will support Marvin's facilities, systems, and equipment, handling preventive maintenance, consulting on new and existing infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with electrical (Intertek/UL) and building code requirements.

Your typical day involves managing projects while maintaining hands-on experience. You will work in a clean, safe, temperature-controlled facility, utilizing your skills to troubleshoot problems, provide alternative solutions, and maintain good housekeeping. The role requires versatility; you will work in tight spaces, at elevations on ladders and aerial lifts, and be willing to cross-train in multiple departments and trade skill areas as needed. You will also serve as a resource for fellow employees, training them as tasks warrant.

This position operates Monday through Friday, with some after-hours and weekend on-call availability when necessary. We provide everything you need to be successful, from hands-on training to your tools.
