About the Role

We are looking for a Master Electrician to join us at our facility in Warroad, MN. Your typical day will involve supporting Marvin facilities, systems, and equipment through preventive maintenance, consulting on new and existing equipment, and ensuring compliance with electrical (Intertek/UL) and building code requirements. You will manage projects while still getting hands-on experience using your skills, working in a clean, safe, temperature-controlled facility with great teams.

This role works Monday through Friday, with some after-hours and weekend on-call availability when necessary. You will work in tight spaces and at elevations, utilizing your strong mechanical, electrical, and programming aptitude to troubleshoot problems and provide alternative solutions. We provide everything you need to be successful, from hands-on training to your tools, and we encourage you to learn and train fellow employees as tasks warrant.
