We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to support our team in the Phoenix, AZ region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting health and wellness through therapeutic massage techniques. This is a 1099 position designed for professionals who thrive in a dynamic, on-the-road environment.
Day in the Life
As a Massage Therapist, you will perform various types of massages, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy, while conducting patient assessments to determine the most suitable treatments. You will utilize medical terminology effectively in patient interactions and collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. Your day will involve providing exceptional patient service and care, ensuring that every session is tailored to the individual's needs.
Schedule and Location
This role operates on a 4/10 schedule with a start time of 7:30 am. The position requires travel, as you will be working on the road to serve patients across the Phoenix area.
Compensation Structure
This is a 1099 position with a guaranteed base pay of $1,120 per week. The base is calculated at $40 per patient visit for a minimum of 7 patients per day. Additionally, you will earn $40 per additional patient visit for any visits beyond the daily base of 6.
