Our founder, Lyle, was born and raised in Brazil. After moving to the US at the age of 12, he soon started working with landscaping and masonry companies across Cape Cod, learning the fundamentals of outdoor design and maintenance services. With his years of experience, he decided to start Imperial Landscaping and Masonry at age 23, alongside his dad and one additional employee. Since then, the company has grown exponentially to better serve Cape residents, but Imperial Landscaping and Masonry will always stay rooted in integrity, trust, and dependable craftsmanship.
The Landscape Mason is responsible for performing skilled masonry and hardscape construction work on outdoor residential and commercial landscapes. This role supports Imperial Landscaping & Masonry's goal of delivering durable, safe, and aesthetically exceptional outdoor spaces. You will build and install stone, brick, concrete, and paver structures such as walls, walkways, patios, steps, and other outdoor architectural elements that meet project design specifications and quality standards.
As an equal opportunity employer committed to meeting the needs of a multigenerational and multicultural workforce, Imperial Landscaping recognizes that a diverse staff, reflective of our community, is an integral and welcome part of a successful and ethical business. We hire local talent at all levels regardless of race, color, religion, age, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability, and actively foster inclusion in all forms both within our company and across interactions with clients, candidates and partners.
