About the Role
This part-time opportunity (10a - 2p M-F) is designed for individuals with experience in graphic design, HTML coding, and social media marketing. You will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing job marketing across our social media platforms, articulating marketing messages through the written word, and utilizing HTML and graphic design programs like Adobe Acrobat Pro.
As a member of our small operation, you will play a vital role in the front lines of client service. Your primary duties include making phone calls to potential applicants, serving as their first impression of our clients, and ensuring a positive, confident interaction. You will also assist with general data entry and other operational tasks such as reporting and recruiting when the team needs support, offering you a chance to experience every facet of our business.
