About the Role

The Marketing Specialist is the strategic engine behind our business development efforts across housing, retail, healthcare, education, and specialty commercial construction. This role exists to position COLAS competitively in the marketplace by combining proposal management, technical writing, graphic design, and strategic communication.

You will lead the development and production of compelling proposals, qualifications packages, interview materials, and marketing engagement deliverables. Your day will involve coordinating complex workflows from pursuit strategy through final submission, ensuring every document reflects our brand standards and technical excellence. Beyond proposals, you will shape our visual identity using Adobe Creative Suite, manage digital assets, support internal communications, and drive social media campaigns that strengthen brand awareness.

This is a deadline-driven role for a visually creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with operations, preconstruction, and executive leadership to craft narratives that resonate with clients and partners.

Requirements
