For nearly 40 years, Marc Jacobs has been a driving force in fashion, defined by a philosophy of pioneering designs, an irreverent spirit, and the blend of the everyday and the extraordinary. Today, the brand remains rebellious, unpredictable, and original, grounded in core pillars that are unexpected, utilitarian, urban, unisex, and unique. Our teams thrive off relentless authenticity, an openness to standing out, and inclusivity for all. NYC in design and spirit, we celebrate uniqueness and strive to be "Perfect as You Are."
Based at our New York City (SoHo) headquarters, the Marketing Operations Manager serves as the central orchestrator of the marketing team. This role is critical for ensuring the seamless execution of the brand calendar and maintaining the departmental workflow that keeps campaigns on track. You will lead cross-functional coordination, traffic projects across all marketing workstreams, and oversee essential administrative functions including scheduling, process management, and internal communications.
As a highly organized and detail-oriented leader, you will possess a deep understanding of how marketing functions collaborate across time, teams, and regions. Your day will involve managing the master global marketing calendar, facilitating team-wide meetings, and serving as the key communication link between the Marketing team and cross-functional partners. You will ensure that teams have the right materials, timelines, and context to execute campaigns consistently and on time, while proactively monitoring team bandwidth to flag workflow risks or bottlenecks.
We invite you to apply even if you don't meet all of the listed qualifications. We believe that the best candidate may be one who comes from a less traditional background or may meet the qualifications in different ways.
Marc Jacobs International is committed to building an equitable and inclusive culture that values diversity of thought, background, and experience—all essential to our spirit of innovation and creativity. We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment regardless of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, veteran status, national origin, religion, disability, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
