We are seeking a Brand Operations Manager to serve as a critical, centralized force within our Brand Planning and Operations team. This is a highly influential individual-contributor role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, planning, and operations. You will bring a strong point of view and exceptional organizational instincts to drive clarity across complex, matrixed environments.
In this position, you will partner closely with the Training Brand Planning and Operations Lead, senior brand leaders, and BPO leaders. Your mission is to translate high-level strategy into integrated plans, scalable processes, and clear operating rhythms that empower teams to deliver their best work. You will act as a thought partner to senior leaders, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities across the brand portfolio while proactively driving resolution.
Your work will focus on driving operational excellence by designing, implementing, and continuously improving operating processes that enhance efficiency and accountability. You will partner with shared services teams to optimize core planning tools, templates, and systems. A key part of your day involves establishing and maintaining operating rhythms, including key milestones, forums, and communication cadences.
You will also focus on strategic enablement, simplifying complexity to help teams work more effectively. This role requires navigating ambiguity and driving progress through change, synthesizing complex information into clear narratives, plans, and recommendations. While you will not have direct people management responsibility, you will operate with significant influence across senior stakeholders, including BPO Sport Teams, Shared Services, and Marketing Code.
Candidates selected for this role will be evaluated on their ability to manage operating models, their understanding of seasonal marketing workflows, and their proficiency with planning and collaboration tools. The interview process will assess your organizational instincts, your ability to influence without authority, and your experience within global, matrixed organizations.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
