We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to elevate MDI's national brand and position us as a leading commercial real estate developer and investor. This is a unique opportunity to step into a newly established role, shape how marketing supports development strategy, and make a lasting impact within a growing organization.
Unlike traditional marketing roles, this position operates as a one-person marketing department highly embedded in live real estate deals. You will partner closely with leadership, capital markets, developers, and construction teams to translate complex development concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging. Your success will be measured by the clarity of our market positioning, the strength of our deal storytelling, and our direct impact on pursuits.
In this fast-paced environment, you will own a broad range of responsibilities, from managing multiple RFPs and pursuits to producing website content, social media, and client presentations. You will serve as the guardian of our brand voice, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint while leveraging AI and design tools to create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
