The Marketing Manager serves as the strategic architect for all non-gaming marketing initiatives at Commerce Casino. This role is pivotal in driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility across the Hotel, F&B, Events, Sales, and Property Activations departments. Beyond executing campaigns, the Manager acts as a mentor to the marketing team, fostering a culture of cross-departmental collaboration and ensuring that every initiative aligns with the organization's broader goals.
In this position, you will be the primary liaison for external vendors, agencies, and partners, managing relationships that elevate the property's presence in the local community and among regional travelers. The day-to-day involves a dynamic blend of creative oversight and analytical rigor: from ideating and executing integrated campaigns to reviewing high-quality content for websites, social media, and print materials. You will ensure that all marketing efforts not only adhere to strict regulatory standards but also deliver measurable results through data-driven decision-making.
It is important to note the specific reporting structure within the department: while the Marketing Manager oversees departmental processes and provides strategic direction, direct managerial decisions regarding staff are made by the Director of Guest Experience, who holds the necessary Key Employee License. The Marketing Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy in strategy and execution, making educated ethical decisions and resolving team challenges to maintain a high-performance environment.
