The Marketing team at Stan is responsible for turning product success into customer growth. We take the stories of Creators who successfully change their lives using Stan—making money, building an audience, and quitting their 9-5—and turn them into a scalable acquisition engine across channels.
Today, much of our growth is driven by organic social. Our next phase is building a multi-channel, revenue-driving marketing engine that consistently converts success stories into customers, maximizing the distribution and impact of each "success story" asset.
We're looking for a Marketing Lead to own and scale the second half of Stan's growth flywheel. While the Product team owns the first half (creating as many successful Entrepreneurs as possible), you will own the second half: turning those success stories into signups and revenue.
This role is both a high-output operator driving immediate results and a strategic builder creating structure and systems in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. You will own marketing-driven growth for the business unit, including channel strategy, execution, and performance, with direct accountability to month-over-month signup growth and revenue impact. Over time, this role has the opportunity to expand into broader marketing leadership.
