The Global Commercial Excellence organization is tasked with building world-class commercial capability by continuously upgrading the performance of people, processes, and systems. As a Marketing Excellence Center of Excellence (COE) Leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to commercial leadership, driving the transformation journey of Marketing Excellence. This role involves co-leading the Marketing COE Leadership Team alongside key business leaders to foster strategic discussions, co-create initiatives, and ensure shared accountability for execution and results.
In this position, you will act as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, Product, Pricing, and IT functions. Your mission is to accelerate the shift toward a disciplined approach to marketing processes, metrics, and analytics. By partnering with IT to identify technological solutions, you will enable marketers to assess market dynamics more efficiently and win with prioritized customer segments. You will also set standards for talent acquisition and development, ensuring the enterprise adopts common marketing processes and best practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
