Key Responsibilities
- check_circleBook exhibitor and sponsorship packages and process related invoices
- check_circleManage lead intake from conference participants and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce
- check_circlePlan and execute biennial international company events including venue selection and logistics
- check_circleOrchestrate conference speaker logistics including contracts, fees, and content approval
- check_circleConduct audits of marketing collateral to ensure brand alignment and product accuracy
- check_circleContribute content to the company website and assist with social media posts for events
- check_circleFacilitate communication between conference attendees regarding travel and lodging arrangements
- check_circleBuild and maintain the annual conferences calendar in consultation with cross-functional teams
- check_circleCollaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align goals and support operational workflows
- check_circleManage exhibit display design, production, and logistics while adhering to deadlines and budgets
- check_circleCoordinate booth shipping, furniture ordering, and venue services such as electricity
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a technical field
- verifiedThree years of proven marketing experience
- verifiedTwo years of events management experience
- verifiedFamiliarity with Salesforce CRM
- verifiedExperience with Canva or other design tools
Nice to Have
Experience within the life sciences or biotechnology industry for both marketing and events management roles.
