The Marketing and Events Coordinator is an execution-focused position designed to drive the visibility, growth, and day-to-day engagement of the Vertex Innovation Hub. This role serves as the bridge between strategic planning and operational reality, ensuring that approved marketing and event initiatives are implemented consistently and professionally.
You will be the face of Vertex to faculty, students, industry partners, and community stakeholders. Your day-to-day involves coordinating end-to-end event logistics, managing visitor engagement, and acting as a liaison for Businesses in Residence and members. Beyond execution, you will play a key role in bringing creative ideas forward, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring Vertex presents a polished, organized, and welcoming presence.
Candidates selected for an interview will be contacted by the Office of Human Resources. Please note that official transcripts of all collegiate work must be sent directly from the attended institution to the Office of Human Resources prior to the first day of employment. All international degrees require a course-by-course official evaluation and translation sent directly from a NACES-affiliated evaluation company.
