The Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator serves as a vital link between United Insurance's strategic vision and its daily operations. This position is dedicated to amplifying the United Insurance brand through cohesive marketing communications, robust community engagement, and a vibrant internal culture. You will exercise independent judgment to manage complex projects, navigate vendor relationships, and drive initiatives that foster business growth and brand visibility.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Marketing and the Sales team to execute a wide array of activities. From curating content for LinkedIn and Facebook to managing the company's online store and digital assets, your work ensures that every touchpoint aligns with United Insurance's brand standards. You will also play a key part in building a strong corporate culture by coordinating employee appreciation programs, client engagement campaigns, and community partnerships with organizations like WinterKids and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southern Maine.
Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution. You might be coordinating logistics for trade shows and networking events, managing the renewal of web hosting services, or ensuring the seamless onboarding of newly acquired offices into the company's branding framework. Whether organizing corporate recognition programs or maintaining business directory listings, you will be the driving force behind the initiatives that position United Insurance as an industry resource and a community leader.
