About the Role
The Marketing & Communication Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the public image and reputation of KIPP KC. This position is essential for driving the district's mission forward by developing strategic communication plans that increase brand awareness, attract new supporters, and foster deep engagement with families, staff, and community stakeholders.
As the district's media spokesperson, you will manage all internal and external communication channels, ensuring consistent, transparent, and proactive messaging across every platform. Working closely with School Management, the Regional Leadership Team, and the Digital Storytelling Assistant, you will serve as the voice of the organization, managing crisis communications and ensuring that the community feels connected to the district's vision. Your work will directly support enrollment and recruitment initiatives while protecting and promoting the district's brand identity across all media.
