We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide critical administrative, operational, and project support to our marketing team. This role is designed for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting a dynamic team across a wide range of marketing initiatives.
In this position, you will serve as a central hub for the marketing department, ensuring seamless execution of presentations, reporting, vendor coordination, and content organization. You will be the point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders, managing everything from complex project timelines and digital asset libraries to the logistics of events, photo shoots, and influencer activations. The ideal candidate anticipates needs without constant direction and maintains a high standard of polish in all communications and deliverables.
