The Paid Media Manager is a pivotal, independent role designed to drive strong marketing performance for medium-complexity accounts while supporting and occasionally managing high-complexity clients with limited oversight. This position is more than just account management; it is a strategic partnership where you will build deep relationships with clients and senior stakeholders to ensure retention and growth.
In this role, you will develop and execute strategies that align with client goals, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement new capabilities to enable client expansion. You will also play a key part in the team's growth by training new hires, contributing to the development of training content, and occasionally serving as a mentor to junior team members. The day-to-day involves a blend of high-level strategy, data-driven analysis, and proactive business development, including identifying opportunities for upsells and new business.
